Chloé Caroline is a Los Angeles-based American-Canadian artist, songwriter and performer whose music blends timeless pop sensibility, emotional storytelling and the warmth of her distinct "New SoCal Sound." Grounded in melody, honesty and lived experience, her songs pair sun-soaked inspiration with thoughtful lyricism and a vocal style that feels both vulnerable and immediate.

 

Known for her pure-yet-aching vocal tone, magnetic presence and dynamic live shows that often begin with positive affirmations, Chloé creates music that fosters healing, hope and deeper human connection. Born and raised along California's Golden Coast in Manhattan Beach, with Canadian roots in Kingston, Ontario, she has long viewed songwriting as a means of connection, reflection and healing. Over the past decade, she has built a multifaceted independent career spanning music releases, sold-out performances, film and television placements, brand partnerships and a global fan base. A songwriter since the age of six, Chloé's relationship with music deepened after a life-threatening illness at age eleven left her isolated for an extended period. Teaching herself guitar through YouTube videos, she began writing songs as a way to transform pain into connection and make sense of her experiences. Later honing her craft in Nashville while attending university, she developed a storytelling style that remains at the heart of her music today.

 

A profound season of personal and spiritual growth inspired Chloé's 2023 and 2024 EP series—The Awakening Vol. 1 and The Awakening Vol. 2 (The Prequel)—and ultimately her forthcoming album, Awakened arriving September 18th. While the Awakening projects documented the early stages of that journey, Awakened serves as its culmination, exploring burnout, heartbreak, healing, emotional rediscovery and the path back to ourselves.

 

As an independent artist, Chloé has built a global audience of more than 300,000 followers while earning recognition from VEVO, Apple Music, Spotify, BMI, Live Nation's Ones To Watch, iHeartRadio, Billboard Canada, CBC, BBC Radio and major media outlets worldwide. Expanding her storytelling beyond traditional music releases, Chloé's songs have appeared across film and television including Hallmark Channel, Lifetime, MTV, Lionsgate and more, including end title songs written and performed for The Great Gilly Hopkins and Everything To Me. She also co-starred in Hallmark Channel's Love, Of Course, performing six original songs for the film's soundtrack, and starred and sang in Stella Rosa Wines' Telly Award-winning national holiday campaign.
